無框畫來圖客製 — 日心健身教練團

感謝 #日心健身 找菠蘿客製教練團陳列牆！
這次客戶的需求是製作一面教練團展示牆，配合清新專業的形象，採用了無框畫工藝。

• 工藝：無框畫
• 圖源：客人提供
• 客製畫作尺寸：21*30cm
• 經測量成品重量：0.6kg/幅

【無框畫作工藝】
採用無邊框簡約設計，正面採用Epson噴頭精緻微噴，色彩細膩飽和，細節看得到。


【正面油畫布精緻微噴】
所噴繪的 240gsm 油畫布，展現畫布紋理質感，高級感遠勝輸出店的彩色列印！折角齊整收邊，畫作正反及前後左右都非常美觀。


【背面防潮背板+松木龍骨】
松木龍骨搭配PVC防潮背板，針對台灣濕熱氣候設計，不易上黴，並可讓畫布繃拉時硬挺美觀，歷久不鬆弛。畫背並有美背絨布膠。黑色畫背更顯質感。畫作內側則鎖上不鏽鋼掛環，附上掛繩方便客人懸掛。

另外一直有蠻多朋友詢問客製畫作，對於無框工藝也都很好奇
這邊先幫大家整理幾個客製畫作常見問題：

1. 尺寸可以客製嗎？
可以的！但是規格尺寸會比較便宜，因為我們規格尺寸是找廠商大批量裁板
若特殊尺寸例如風水吉數都需另外裁切、釘製，另外加工費用就會比較高～

菠蘿無框畫作規格尺寸如下：
【長方形】 21*30cm/ 30.6*40.6cm/ 42*59.4cm/ 50*70cm/ 70*100cm/ 37.5*157.5cm
【正方形】 25*25cm/ 40*40cm/ 60*60cm/ 80*80cm

2. 圖面可以提供自己的嗎？如果沒有圖怎麼辦？
客人可以提供自己的圖檔，因為菠蘿是工廠，自有印刷機，會有設計師與客人對稿。
如果沒有圖也不用擔心，客人自行挑選菠蘿官方圖面，https://boluo.tw/catalog
來圖客製要注意的是，我們「不能」幫客人繪圖。因為菠蘿是製作畫作的公司，和畫作相關的印刷、框條配件都有販售處理，但我們不是畫師唷～

3. 工藝可以是無框或有框
無框都會比有框價位來的便宜，如果需要可以請菠妞同個尺寸報兩種工藝價位


4.費用怎麼算？
菠蘿客製畫作價位只跟尺寸相關，圖面不管是客人提供，或是官網挑選都不會影響價格。
詢價只要跟菠妞說想要什麼尺寸，就可以報價囉！

5. 自己提供的圖面解析度怎樣才夠？
標準回答我們通常會跟客人說，需要300dpi, 至少10MB以上的圖面才能做較高精度的印刷。
但我們碰到很多客人是想做手機拍攝的照片，手機拍攝最大通常可印製到「42*59.4cm」這個尺寸

還有就是各位「不能」估狗大神一張200kb的圖片～製畫印刷技術上雖然做得到，但真的會可遠觀不可褻玩焉：一定會失真啦！
