寵愛自己，下一站Cozy Home

喝一杯放鬆的下午茶、看一部觸動人心的電影，或是在深夜享受自己最愛的音樂......如果你有很多方法可以享受生活，那麼你可以試著營造cozy感的居家，也許你會從此變成一個快樂的「宅宅」也說不定喔！

那麼菠妞就向大家介紹幾個打造cozy home的元素吧！

１．材質

cozy的感覺是什麼樣的材質？想想懶骨頭椅子就知道了，柔軟的觸感是有讓人無法自拔的魔法！當然木頭和皮革的質感也非常棒，但如果你家中有光亮的木地板和皮沙發，試著鋪上一張地毯，或是在沙發上放上好幾個靠枕和一張自己最愛的毯子，那麼很快你又多了一個最喜歡的角落了。（ Source : Decoratio ）


２．光線

明亮的光線太適合工作了，那麼就把燈光調暗一些，在家中就徹底放棄工作的念頭吧！除了選顆顏色偏暖的燈泡，你也可以放置一些只能照亮局部的立燈或地燈，當光線微微地來自某個角落，你的注意力也會不知不覺的集中，讓浮躁的念頭都從腦中退出去吧。

３．氣味

對於氣味的品味，這又是一門高深的學問，相信大家都聽過許多對香味種種神奇的描述，因為氣味的訊息是這麼自然而然又無法拒絕，菠妞雖然無法和你討論關於香氣的學問，但是在客廳、臥室、書房點上自己喜歡的香氛，會帶來很大的改變。

４．溫度

你以為溫馨的家就是暖和的溫度嗎？波妞的建議是，無論是冬天或是夏天（在台灣我們就不討論秋天和春天了吧！）都讓室內保持涼快，甚至是微冷一點都可以！這樣更容易使身體消耗熱量來維持體溫，讓身體自己保持溫暖的感覺。

５．回憶

擁有屬於自己的家不能沒有屬於自己的回憶，將那些塵封在紙箱和書櫃裡的照片、自己的筆跡或是畫作、喜歡的海報喜歡的藝術品，都拿出來好好的裱框掛上去吧，你會發現越是將這些回憶放在看得到的地方，你會越來越享受自己的生活。( Source : InStyle )
